Oh yeah. Constipation can be caused by stress, dehydration, lack of fiber, physical inactivity or side effects from medication. Reflexology will improve nerve flow and increase blood supply to the affected areas. This will allow the body to work more efficiently. More water and fiber to your diet is recommended.
